Public Sector Applications of AI. School of Public Affairs, Arizona State University. This undergraduate-level course, open to Public Service and Public Policy and MPA students, explores the practical application of Generative AI (GenAI) tools in the public sector. Students will examine how GenAI can enhance public decision-making, improve service
delivery, and promote equitable policy development. The course will use low-code and no-code tools, with hands-on experience in text, audio, and video-based GenAI applications.
